At Renolink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Renolink account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger home fixtures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
